Project objective
Looking at the process of parking, I could figure out, where the greatest challenges. I used the main problems such as contactless payment, parking lot search and parking assistance to create a new concept.

USER, CONTEXT
PERSONA
In order to find out where exactly there are difficulties in the course of the day for different users in relation to the car, it was important to first describe them in more detail. this was done by creating different personas.
USER JOURNEY
In order to better understand the persona's daily routine, I was able to use an analysis in the form of a user journey to find out even better where problems arise and where it makes no sense to intervene.
USER NEEDS + USER REQUIREMENTS
The formulation of user needs and user requirements keep me specifying my concept even more precisely.
DASHBOARD
To get a feel for how the final screens should be designed in terms of ergonomics, I created a visualization of a dashboard showing the different zones of the display in the car. This allowed me to learn how important the placement of important information is so that the driver experiences as little distraction as possible while driving.
CONCEPT, WIREFRAMES
With this knowledge I was able to create first wireframes.
